(OOC: Yes...this is my RP sample XD I was having a brain fart, but really wanted to start RPing.)
Training was never easy. It was about noon when Toushou first came down to the river. It was after he had finished up his duties at the store. Rin and Ana only had him work for a very short while on Sundays. He was then free to do as he pleased. He told them that he was simply going out to cruise the town, and they never objected to it or found anything suspicious about his explanation.
But what he was really doing was training with dangerous weapons that he could cause to spontaneously erupt from his fingertips. Little did they know that, when they thought he was shopping or "hanging out" with the friends that he didn't really have, Toushou had been going down by the river to train with his spirit chakrams every weekend.
Today was a particularly good day for training; it was very windy, so it created more issues that Toushou had to deal with when throwing his chakrams. He would normally make a mark on the underside of the bridge with a black marker and throw the rings of spiritual energy at it. His goal was to simply hit his mark.
But it wasn't always so simple. There were times when he'd purposefully throw off of his mark in order to practice his control over the chakrams trajectory...it barely ever worked, especially on a day as windy as today. But if the chakram missed its target, it might fly out into view of others. Thus, Toushou would force it to dissipate, only to make a new one in the next moment. It took up a lot of reiatsu.
Before Toushou knew it, the sun was setting. It was only when he realized how late it was that he could gauge his exhaustion. Training had taken more out of him than he thought. He gathered his things and laboriously climbed up the hill that would lead him out from under the bridge. He could make it home at the moment if he wanted to, but he couldn't quite find the will to do so. So, he sat at the top of the hill and sat down.
Merely for purposes of comfort, Toushou slid his glasses off and slung them over the collar of his t-shirt. He then pulled the tie out of his hair and shook his head. He slumped forward, his long, dark hair framing his face. The gusty wind blew the tendrils across his face as he took a moment to gaze up at the reflection of the setting sun on the surface of the river.

What to do, what to do. As the sun was setting a young boy was wondering around the river. No one could see him, though, and if they did, they would most likely think he is a weirdo. Why? Well, first of all his hair and clothes clashed together, the color of black and white. Moving around the river he found it relaxing, just walking in the water. He love the cold slowly tickling his skin? He wasn't so sure if he had skins since he was a hollow after all and they are dead. Scooping his hands into the water he soon made a small puddle in his hand. There he can see his reflection and grinned. Even though the a lot of people don't see him, even though the shinigamis hated him, at least the water didn't. The water can see him, and it liked him, that was why it never ran away or maybe it was because it couldn't run away. After all, he can always track it down. Letting the water fall back onto the blue road he watched the water move into one straight road.
His eyes gentle unlike most hollows, were gentle, it doesn't hold any blood lust at all. Instead it held as if he wanted to have friends. The humans were lucky, they barely have anything to worry about. They weren't looked as beasts, and they were taken care of when they were young unlike the hollows. They actually had real parents, unlike him. He didn't even know if he actually had a mom or a dad, maybe he just appear from a spirit and that was it. He didn't know at all, he barely knew anything. That was why he looked up at Aizen and Gin, they were his friends or maybe even family. Whenever he have a question they would listen to him and answer. They were always so kind to him, unlike the espadas, the shinigamis and the humans who just look straight through him. They can never see how he was like. How he hated battle and hated blood. He hated to be forced to kill but if he have to then he will. At the same time though, a part of his instinct, wanted to fight. His blood danced with joy with each blow he strikes, each enemy he kill and every blood that jumped out from the target's body.
Soon he jumped out of the river and looked up at the sky. It was a good day today, barely any clouds can be seen. Well, that should mean that there won't be rain for awhile...he thinks. He wasn't really sure though, it was hard to tell. He wasn't really good at predicting the weather since it was pretty much at random for him. Walking along the riverside he stared at his reflection. He can see himself looking straight back. Still, he remembered that dream he had, about someone who looked almost like him, except with white hair, triple six on his forehead and eyes that showed anger and sadness. He didn't know why or who that exactly was but then again it might be that voice. The voice that called out to him when he was about to die. He remembered what the people around that boy said, how he was a monster, no worse how he was Satan. It must have hurt, to hear them call you that. To be hated so much, even though it wasn't him, he felt sad just to hear those words.
To be hated, to be feared, to be killed. That is the fate of all hollows, even the old ones. To be hated because of your appearance, to be feared by your instinct and to be killed just because you want to survive. That wasn't fair, it was just not right! Why were they killed for that? They just wanted to eat, it wasn't like the shinigamis doesn't eat, it wasn't like humans don't eat animals and worse, they kill themselves! So why are the hollows treated so much worse then them? How in the world does that make any sense!? What are they thinking as they ridicule him? How was he like a monster? All he wants is to survive, to see the next day and to have a family to come home to! That was just like everyone else! So what made him a monster? What makes him hated and feared? What reason do they have to destroy him? What reason do they have to call that boy Satan? Why don't the just understand that, in this world, hollows, like everyone else, just want to survive?
Angry at the thoughts he focused reitsu onto his forefingers and soon lightning struck down on him. It wasn't normal lightning though as only those with high reitsu can see it. Striking down onto the boy he pointed onto the sky again and shot out the lighting. His eyes showing anger at the fact that people hated him for such stupid reasons. Soon though he calmed down and looked at the clouds that he had hurt and his eyes widen. Maybe the reason why he was hated was simply because, of his powers. Maybe he was just too strong for his own good. If that was the case maybe he should end up dead, but he doesn't want that. He still want to live, just like everyone else. To see the next sunrise, to smile onto a new day, eat ice cream, study humans, wave 'hi' to the sun and maybe even make friends. Eventually he saw a guy, his hair long, he didn't do anything though but simply walk pass the man. His eyes clearly showing sadness. It was just one of those days, where the thoughts eventually get to him.

It was with half-closed eyes that Toushou gazed up at the setting sun. It was such a beautiful sight. The warmth of the colors that lit the sky seemed to melt away at his icy shell. The best part was that it was safe here. No one else was around and no one was trying to get into his head. After calculating the possible risks and consequences of his actions, Toushou actually decided that it would be safe to crack the smile that the sunset induced.
His eyes were momentarily drawn from the glistening water. In the distance, not too far from where he was, he could see lightning fall from the sky. It seemed a bit odd; though it was lightning, definitely too fast to see, something was a bit off about it. His initial suspicions were confirmed when he saw it in what seemed to be the exact same spot. Still, he didn't believe his eyes too much. He put his glasses back on to make sure what he was seeing was real; a futile effort, really. It wasn't as if it would strike again.
Toushou gazed up at the sky. There was barely a cloud blotting it. That lightning couldn't have possibly been natural. The direction from which it came seemed to have even less cloud cover than where he was. Little did Toushou know, he was about to find the source of the strange phenomenon.
A seemingly young man walked by him. What a strange specimen he was. Toushou immediately retied his hair back, making himself presentable. He made sure that the long-since gone smile had truly disappeared before heaving himself up. He examined the man closely; all he could focus on was the bizarre contrast in his physical features. He had really never seen anything like it. He was far too distracted to pick up the anger or sadness that his expression may have held.
What he did notice, though, was that this man was no normal human. The air seemed to be electrified, alive somehow. Toushou wasn't fully aware of the spiritual energy that radiated from the presence of this being, but he could tell that something spiritually peculiar was occurring. Still, all he could say, in his normal, emotionless tone was, "You should know, I'm not entirely sure if people are allowed to walk in the river."

"You should know, I'm not entirely sure if people are allowed to walk in the river."
Eh you weren't allowed to? That was weird, don't people play in the river? Wait, that man can see Kira? Wow, that was amazing! To think someone can actually see him well. Wait, is he a shinigami? If so then he had to be careful, though he isn't usually this way. He doesn't like to always plan out his next move or anything like that. To be honest, he hated it, because that is pretty much like, already controlling your fate. He rather just think things out when it comes to it. His eyes changed from sadness to curiosity. He really wanted to know but he didn't want to expose himself. Also, even though this was off topic, he wanted ice cream but then again when does he not want ice cream? It's just so good! Well, back to the topic, right now from what he can tell by the reitsu, the person had to be a human, why? Well at the core it's always different and since the boy was really good at sensing people's reitsu he can easily tell. It's just a natural thing for him.
"You can see me?" asked the Kira clearly fascinated by this fact. It was rare to find people that can see him so maybe he can learn something about this place other than things he already learn from school of course. What to ask though? Thinking for a bit he looked at the man. Okay, time to act like a normal boy! Wait a minute, how exactly is he suppose to act 'normal' with his appearance. Well, since the person can see him, he can just act anyone he want and say that his a spirit! He doesn't really like to lie though, but if he has to then he will. Time to ask the question he had wanted to know for a long, long time. This is most likely going to be strange but he wanted to know. " Why does a dog always bark? How come it never meows and cats can go moo." he asked. Well there it was, the question that he wanted to know for a long time. When he asked Gin, the shinigami just said he doesn't know.
There are many other questions he had but he wanted to know this one first. He floated around the man and stretched out his arms like a young little kid. He ran around him, as if the man was his older brother or something like that. A grin was on his face and the once sad boy seems to be just a big fat lie. Still, which one was the lie though? The joyful boy or the sad boy? Maybe they were both lies, after all, even Kira doesn't know which one is the true him, if there even was a true him. He can never tell when the person is at their truest personality, if there really was one. Since if you can't tell it then can there really be one or do people just pick a mask and say that this is their true selves. Wow, to think he can go so deep! A chuckle escaped from his mouth at that thought as he looked at the man. Running around it was obvious to tell by his speed that he was simply not normal but that might be because he was using sonido without knowing it.
Wait a moment! The man was wearing a pony tail! Normal men don't do that! Men that died do that! The people from way, back in history. Yep, he remember this topic in a human history class that he actually didn't sleep in. He floated so that he was at the man's height and stared at his pony tail. Now, because he is a kid he likes to learn and fiddle with the things around him. So slowly, he grabbed the pony tail and started to yank it a little wondering if you can actually rip hair out long on t.v. About even five seconds he would jerk it a little twice. It won't come off, then again he wasn't jerking at his hardest. Soon he let ago and instead started hitting it like a punch bag that kept on coming at him. When he reached closer to punch is he stood there and the hair swing back and hit his face. As he couldn't see, he lost his focus and fell back onto land. A pout was on his face as he stared at the hair. Well, it might have beaten him this time, but he'll win next time! Wow, that must have been strange though, to pick a fight with hair.
Getting back up on his feet he looked at the river. Then a question pop up in his head. "Why is the river blue? Why can't it be white and instead of water, it could be flowing ice cream?" he asked without turning back to the man. Yep, it was official, he was addicted to ice cream like a kid is addicted to candy. It was something that he love in this world so much. It might be because back in his home though, was hot and a desert too. If only they have ice cream back there, then everyone won't feel so hot anymore, but then the ice cream might melt! Hey, what if somehow he can get someone with ice power to make an ice cream that never melts! That would be so cool!
{Sorry about the randomness. Kira is just that way.}

Toushou pushed his glasses up onto the bridge of his nose using his right index finger. His response was merely, "That I can," of course he could see the man. He was there as clear as day. Even so, it wasn't normal. People shouldn't have been able to see him. After all, he appeared to be some sort of spiritual entity.
"G--" was all that Toushou could utter as a response to his question. It was...just...so illogical! If this young man was dead, he had to have been a human once, correct? Shouldn't he have known such facts about the world. At this point, Toushou was getting a bit more tense, but he still answered in his flat tone, "Dogs bark because of the way their brains and vocal cords are set up. And cats can't...moo..."
Toushou's answer had been cut off by the young man's strange behavior. Why was he circling him like that? Not only that, but...so quickly?! How was that even possible?! Toushou's clothes and hair whipped by from the mere force of this strange "person"'s speed. What was with his sudden change in behavior? The strange young man seemed so solemn before; now he was wound up by what seemed to be boundless energy.
Toushou was growing more cross by the minute. His face only showed the smallest ghost of a scowl, but he was really getting kind of worked up. This guy was examining him like a scientific specimen. Toushou could understand if the young man thought his ponytail was strange; many people did. Still, he didn't need to be so obvious about it. Toushou stared straight ahead, closing his eyes to avoid the small glare that was etching on to his face. He couldn't, however, restrain the scowl his lips were forming as he uttered, "Please stop that."
Whether it was because he heeded Toushou's request, he just grew bored, or some other unforeseen reason, the young man had stopped violating his ponytail. Again, Toushou was completely flabbergasted by this young man's illogical question. How was one to remain calm under such strange conditions? Regardless, he regained his composure and answered to the best of his abilities, "The color of the river mostly depends on what's around it and in it. As for the...other question...erm...ice cream isn't abundant enough to have its own cycle of evaporation and precipitation."

"The color of the river mostly depends on what's around it and in it. As for the...other question...erm...ice cream isn't abundant enough to have its own cycle of evaporation and precipitation."
Kira looked at the man with a grin. So then if he can make enough ice cream then he can have his own ice cream river. That would be so awesome! Still what doe evaporation and precipitation. Even more was that he talked like how grown ups talk. Like, like, a teacher! Yeah, that was it, he talks just like a teacher in school! Is it because his old? Well, the boy couldn't really use that word since he, himself if very old. The man looked pretty young though, older than what the boy looked like but still, pretty young. Looking down at the river he decided that he was surely going to make an ice cream river! Yep and fill it up with every flavor in the world! A childish grin grew on his face as he stared down. Wait, if oceans reflect what is around them, does that mean they can be red too? Also do they have reitsu since they reflect him pretty well, but other people can't see his reflection for some reason. Was he like a vampire to them?
His scarf blew by the wind and soon he asked another question. The expression change on his face as it looks a little more mature and sadden at the same time. " What do you think a monster is? Someone who kill in order to survive, or someone who simply look like a beast? He turned around and looked at the man. He seemed to have a different personality, or maybe just a different mask on. He had always wondered though, what would one define a monster? In his opinion, there is no such thing as a monster, only a figment of your imagination. After all, if you don't get to know them, how can you truly call them that. Still, that can go for him, he have never truly spoke with a shinigami other than Aizen and Gin, but yet he fears them. Then again, they have killed his kind so it's only natural. So, in the end, what was the shinigami's excuse?
Noticing that he might have exposed himself as a hollow by using the word monster he tried to throw away that though and grinned childishly."Never mind. Monsters are only in make beliefs. he stated as he started to pace back and forth. Until he remembered something, normal spirits have a chain sticking out of their chest but he doesn't have any. Even more was that, he might have just lied to the man. He wasn't so sure though, he really did hope there was no such thing as a monster because then, hollows aren't monsters. Maybe he was just lying to himself. It wouldn't be the first time, he did it around the espadas, lying to himself, stating that they won't hurt him but at the same time he had a feeling that they would, sooner or later, simply try to kill him.
It should had been obvious by now, that there was no way he was a normal spirit. The way he talked, his hair as spirits can't die their hair, so this was his natural hair color, and most of all though is the fact that he didn't have a sword or a chain at all. He looked just like an ordinary boy, well if you take out his strange hair and clothes that is. Taking out his boomerang he set it on the ground. It was time to play one of his favorite game, angling it to be on top of the hill, he looked at the river. Well, he was surely going to get wet from this but oh well, it didn't really matter. "Wanna play? he asked as he stared at the man.

The mysterious young man seemed to be planning something. Toushou was beginning to get a bit uneasy. He normally had at least some ability of reading people and was able to gauge what their responses might be to his actions. But this boy...his thoughts seemed to be so scattered. There was no pattern to anything he was doing. It was starting to grate on Toushou's security wall. Toushou just had to do everything he could to keep the young man from breaking through. It shouldn't be too difficult. After all, he had done it before.
The same wind that adjusted the boy's scarf blew a few strands of hair across Toushou's face. His eyes widened as he brushed them back, giving away his clear surprise at the question he had received. It was so personal all of a sudden. He had just completely switched gears. But then, just afterward, he had changed his mind; no, not really changed. Toushou could tell, he just wanted to seem like he had changed his mind. It was written all over the smile plastered on his face. It was given away in his pacing.
But he wouldn't acknowledge that fact. Instead, Toushou merely responded to the question, as if the young man hadn't thrown away the subject only a moment before, "I don't think either of those things would be classified as a monster. Everything in nature kills to survive, even those that only eat plants. Everything requires sustenance and killing is always necessary to acquire it. If killing out of necessity classified someone as a monster, all living creatures would be considered monsters.
"Looks have even less to do with someone's status," though his words were true and, quite unwillingly, from the heart, his voice remained cold and distant, "In reality, looks mean nothing at all. The only thing that should make any difference is the character of the organism in question and the actions they've carried out upon the basis of that character."
Sure, his answer was a bit long-winded, but that's the way Toushou was. His thoughts weren't sufficiently expressed unless completely spelled out in logical terms. The words came from his brain, not his heart. Decisions, words, and actions should be based completely on logical reasoning. If the heart were meant to make decisions, it would have the proper capacities to carry out such actions. Of course, this wasn't necessarily true. It was just the way that Toushou saw the world.
Oh boy. Toushou was getting a bit uneasy again. He was kind of worried about what was running through the young man's head. Plus, what was with the boomerang? Toushou's brow furrowed a bit before he was able to respond, "Play...what?"

The answer the man gave, made the boy smiled as he looked down at the river. If so then who knows, maybe here really wasn't so bad. Still, did he have to make it sound so...he doesn't even know the word to describe it. Then again, he doesn't really know that much about this place, this world or whatever one would call it. He does know that in here, he can see more than just sand. That was for sure, and here have ice cream, his favorite treat, but best of all, in this place he can actually learn more about other places. Beside, in his home there is pretty much only two color, whatever sand color is and black. Here there is a whole bunch of colors, blue, red, white, green, it was just so cool! It made everything seem so much more lively and even more was that the people here don't try to kill each other that much. That makes it a lot better in his mind. Placing a lot of rocks to make sure that his boomerang doesn't move he looked at the man. His face was surely like ones of a kid,
"Sledding." he replied. Well, it was kind of like sledding but then again it was also like boarding. It was hard to describe it, maybe it's slearding? Hmm, he wasn't so sure what to call it but at least he knew one thing was certain. The game was fun for him and he can do it in any season he wants compare to other people." It's really fun and you don't need all that logical school stuff. You just need to know how to jump out or stop before you fall into the river! It's a game I made up!" he yelled out as he went onto his boomerang. It was big enough for about two people to get on. Normally he would want to play this with Gin, but he was in hiding right now so he can't. Sure he can just double himself but he didn't want, it was still just playing with himself pretty much, so it wasn't as fun at all. Today though, he found someone that he could play with or annoy. Sometimes he does that by accident.
Putting his hands and pushing the rocks away he sat on it and got ready to slide with it down. Hmmm, he did sliding way too much, maybe it's time that he stands up now. Okay, that sounded like a good idea. Slowly standing up he looked down for a bit. This wasn't going to be easy but oh well. Because it isn't easy that he likes it, pushing the weapon down with his feet he got ready until he remembered something. He didn't know how to brake on this weapon. It was also going down really fast for the boy. Uh oh. The boomerang was about to fall into the river. What was he going to do? Wait a minute. A grin grew on his face as he quickly musted as much reitsu as he can. Yes! Still, even though he had enough reitsu, he didn't have enough time to form the clone so he fell into the water. Splash! The water jumped up from their home and soon fell down on his face, and the clone that came in too late.
Looking at the creation he couldn't help but laugh at how wet they were. He was truly a child, no matter how old he was, it looks like he'll always be a child. Soon the clone vanished into particles that went back into Kira. His hair went down a little from how wet it was but he was still laughing a little before stopping. Okay, so he had just totally embarrassed himself but yet he was laughing. Was that weird? He didn't really know though, but he sure likes to laugh anyway. Picking himself up from the ground he grabbed the weapon and started to hike up. He was able to do it quickly and smiled. "Well, that's how the games goes. Except for the whole, falling into the river that is."

Toushou couldn't help but wonder why the boy had asked. What was on his mind? Was he just afraid of monsters or something? He did seem kind of young, but that hypothesis just seemed too far-fetched. Whether the young man wanted to show it or not, it seemed to be an important question to him. What could possibly be running through that constantly fluctuating brain of his?
"...Sledding?" Toushou asked, his brow furrowing again. Wasn't sledding supposed to be reserved for winter? How was he going to sled down a snow-less hill...and on a boomerang? This was all starting to get pretty confusing. Toushou cleared his throat and shifted uncomfortably at the mention of all of his 'logical, school stuff'. People usually didn't call him out on his formal, over-stuffed way of speaking.
Well, the young man's actions were enough of an explanation. Toushou couldn't help but be curious as to how this was going to end as the boy carefully took his footing on the makeshift snowboard that he had created. He was still perplexed by the idea of using, of all things, a boomerang, but he'd disregard that for now. At the moment, he wanted to focus on what was going on in front of him.
What had happened, though, was one of the very few conclusions that Toushou hadn't worked out. But really, how could he expect the sudden and seemingly-useless manifestation of a clone? The falling in the river part wasn't too surprising, but really, who could do something as strange as making clones? Then again, these thoughts were coming from the young man with the ability to suddenly manifest chakrams from his fingertips. He wasn't exactly normal either.
"I think I'll leave the sledding to you, but far be it from me to keep you from partaking in your activities. ...That is, if they please you as they seem to," at this, Toushou slid his glasses up again. He looked straight up at the young man with a...what was the look on his face? Determination, perhaps? It was a bit difficult to express, but it was fierce. Toushou had a question that the current situation obligated him to ask, "I hope you don't mind me asking;" because he was going to anyway, "what exactly are you?"

"I think I'll leave the sledding to you, but far be it from me to keep you from partaking in your activities. ...That is, if they please you as they seem to,"
Kira simply sigh at his words. Can't he just say, ' It looks fun but I don't think I would like to try.' This guy was way too logical and teacher like. Why can't he just be like...he doesn't really know. He couldn't imagine the guy acting like the boy at all, it would be funny but really weird. He wasn't in school right now so why was he talking like he was. Maybe it's just a habit, like the espada's habit for always wanting to have fun. Is that really a habit though? He wasn't so sure since he was still learning about this world. It was just something that happens to him a lot. He really can't just make it easy or anything like that, maybe it was because he was out of this world, literally! That was the funny thing too, everyone thinks that he comes from a different world, and in truth he did! Of course he wasn't like an alien or anything like that, he was just, Kira, to put it simply. That is all that he really is.
"what exactly are you?"
Great, there comes the dreaded question. Well, he could just like to the guy but he didn't want to lie right now. Not knowing what to say he started to kick the ground and think. With a sigh, as he knew that he man was going to hate him after this he wondered if he should open a portal right after he stated what he was. He didn't really want to fight the guy right now. " I'm...Kira, of the espadas. Number two to be exact." he stated holding his hand up to show the number. Well, here they go, the man is going to do the most logical thing, fight him or run. Either way he had a feeling that he can't see the guy again which sucks because he really thought that they can be friends. Of course, if that was the case, then he would always have to lie to him and that wasn't something that he wants to do. He hated lying, sure he does it a lot but h still hates it because he is lying about himself. Giving himself a fake identity that should not be there.
Well, it was nice knowing the guy. Sure he was kind of boring being all logical and school like but maybe Kira needed someone like that. Someone that would help him get out of trouble. It would work really well, since he usually gets lonely in this place. The people that can see him were rare, and if they can they usually thing of him as weird. He didn't really blame them though since, he was weird. " I won't blame you for hating me. After all, shinigamis and humans do look at me as a monster." a fake chuckle to ease his heart as he remembered the dream."They call him Satan though, and yet...". He didn't finish the statement though. Even though he was considered a monster, that boy was considered Satan, yet it hurt him so much. Just that one word.

The boy didn't seem to like the response that Toushou gave, but that was okay. In fact, it was more than okay. That was the very reason that Toushou spoke that way. Besides the fact that he was so unfamiliar with casual conversation, his speech tended to be a bit standoffish, naturally turning people away from him. It was a good safeguard from letting people get too close.
He didn't seem to like Toushou's question, either. He must have hit a soft spot somehow. But that didn't mean that Toushou would retract the question. He was too curious as to what was really going on here. Besides, the boy couldn't expect to be so pally with Toushou without at least explaining how he went about doing the things that he did.
"Hm..." was Toushou's only response to the boy's explanation. He carefully examined the number on his hand. Okay, so he was the second espada. But what the heck did that mean? He knew what he was, but he didn't really know what he was. He listened intently as the young man explained further.
"And why exactly would I hate you?" his voice was cool and flat. Though the words may have seemed to give the illusion of sympathy, Toushou's demeanor didn't reflect it at all. It was merely a question of the young man's logic, "I'm not going to pretend to know what an espada or a shinigami is but, from what I've seen, you show little or no resemblance to satan."
(OOC: Bah...I get the feeling that this post isn't very good. )

"And why exactly would I hate you?"
Kira raised his head at that question. Well, he was an espada, one of Aizen's soldier and someone derived from hollows. Hollows were creatures that were hated just because of the way they look or the things that they eat. So, there was a lot of reasons to hate the boy. He couldn't believed what the man said. Doesn't he know what a hollow is? It was so strange, maybe he just never met one yet. Well, this was going to be hard to explain if that was the case. Still, he was glad that the man didn't hate him, yet, anyway. Since there was still a chance for the man to hate him.
"I'm not going to pretend to know what an espada or a shinigami is but, from what I've seen, you show little or no resemblance to satan."
The first thing in his mind was, what? He doesn't know what a shinigami is at least. Wow, this was strange, it really have to be his first time or something then. Second though, he actually didn't look like Satan. Well, he wasn't really comparing himself to Satan but rather the boy in his dreams, whoever that person was anyway. Okay, so he was going to have to lay this out. He could either lie or tell the truth but since he already spilled it out, he might as well tell the truth, right? Besides, lying is a bad thing. Heh, to here that from someone who kills, that must be really strange.
"To put it short, Espadas are evolved hollows. Well I should explain what a hollow is huh? A hollow is a monster, that spirits transform into for some reason. I don't really know how or why to be exact but they just do. Anyway, hollows eat humans with reitsu and because of that these spirits called Shinigamis come in to kill them. Now I don't know much about shinigamis except they hate hollows, and espdas for that matter. Also they seem to help spirits move on...somehow. Now when a hollow can remove parts of its mask it becomes an arrancar, if the arrancar is strong enough to be one of the top nine, it's an Espada. See, espadas come up to the number nine, first being the strongest and nine being the weakest. I guess that's pretty much it. he stated. Hmm, maybe he was rushing on this but then again he didn't fully get the picture himself and since he wasn't a logical person he just puts it off as 'it's just that way.'

So hollows fed on human souls? It seemed like a frightening idea, but wasn't it necessary for them to survive? If so, then there was nothing to help it. It was almost the same as the food chain in which humans survived. They killed animals all the time in order to eat. So what made the idea of hollows so atrocious? Was it the fact that their prey consists of an intelligent being? If that's true, though, then where's the real reason? Can the human race be so sure that something they're feeding on isn't intelligent?
Then there were these shinigami. Toushou wished that he could know more about them. Why exactly were they killing the hollows? Was it just to protect humans, or was there some higher purpose? Perhaps there was some kind of spiritual higherarchy at work. Another question arose in the idea of 'passing on'. That meant that there was obviously some kind of afterlife in this universe. Toushou was eager to know about the processes of life and the afterlife.
Yet another inquiry came up with the espada; obviously, they were in some kind of organization. There was obviously some purpose in the system of power and leadership that they had worked out. What were they trying to accomplish? Though all this and more was running through his mind at a million miles per minute, Toushou decided not to ask any of it right now. Curious as he was, even he wouldn't push the young man any farther.
"Well, thank you for providing me with that information. Like I said before, nothing about appearances is going to make me think any less of you. Titles and such will have the same effect, or lack thereof," the young man had told Toushou so much. He felt obligated to give him at least something. With a bow of the head, he said coolly, "My name is Hatsugoori Toushou."

"My name is Hatsugoori Toushou."
Kira looked at the man as he bowed his head. Wow, was this something that humans do. If so then he might as well do the same...right or is it bad to copy the man. He wasn't so sure but he took his chances and bowed. "Kira." he stated as he wasn't so sure what was up with the two names. Do people here have two names? If so then what was the point? Do you call them two names at the same time? Just like Toushou, he was also curious but not at the after life, just the current life. Looking at the man he decided that he surely going to learn all about it from him. That is if he can stay at his house and not be a bother.
Well, all these serious questions is really not letting him have fun at all. Hmm, wait! He was such an idiot for not asking this question! "How do you make ice cream? I want to make one so I can go and have my own ice cream river!. he yelled out and the look on his face looks a like a young child trying to make his wants seem important when it was obviously not important at all. He stared at the man his eyes big and different color. Then again, his appearance have that a lot already. The scarf once again was pushed by the wind which makes it seem as if he was even more eager.
{Sorry, about the cruddy post. Don't really know what to do now.}

"Then it's good to meet you, Kira," Toushou said. At this, he actually cracked a tiny smile at the young man. It wasn't sincere, though. It was, as was normal of him, polite and nice, but not friendly. It was delicate balance that not many people picked up on. But the emotionally astute could usually see through his facade. But, then again, did it really matter? No one could force him to delve into what he was thinking.
That was just too much. A river of ice cream? Something...seemed to be bubbling up inside of Toushou. What was that? It was a feeling that threatened to shatter what he had worked so hard to create. It began in his lower gut, tickling at his diaphragm. Toushou refused to give into it. It traveled up his throat, scratching at his uvula. Again, he refused to relinquish the shield that he had worked so hard to build.
It finally reached his lips. The feeling parted his lips slightly, eventually pushing them wider and wider apart. After what seemed like an eternity, his mouth had spread wide in a sincere smile, revealing a large mouthful of pearly white teeth. When was the last time that Toushou had smiled like that? It had been a while, that was for sure. But this wasn't okay...was it? No, of course not. He couldn't afford to let people in. There was too much risk...wasn't there?
Toushou didn't bother putting the mask back on. There wasn't any point in it now that it had been broken. But his smile did naturally diminish on its own, falling into a small smirk. That was to be expected, his emotions having been locked up for so long. Don't get the wrong idea, though. This didn't mean that he was suddenly going to open up to people. This was just a simple mistake, fueled by an entertainingly naive comment.
"Okay, I think you should sit down. You've got a lot to learn," Toushou said, taking a seat on the ground, cross-legged, "Unfortunately, I don't know how to make ice cream. Though, even if I did, I'm quite sure that an entire river of the frozen treat is hardly possible," after explaining this, Toushou sat silently, awaiting another question.
