Wammy's House.
Wammy's House... a home for brilliant young orphans which is run by Quillish Wammy Watari, a famous inventor, and managed by Roger Ruvie. Located in Winchester, England, the orphanage serves as a safe place for the residents to explore their young minds. The orphanage educates the children, makes certain they are cared for in the proper manner. Things are different at this time, as it is 2002 and 'Kira' has not yet been heard of, and there are no thoughts of Death Notes or of shinigami. Just the stiff competition between Near and Mello still in effect, and the other students going about their days.
