so i'm not shure on how exactly this works, the post order goes:
Phase 1 char 1 - attack char 2 - defend admin- post stats
Phase 2 char 2 - attack char 1 - defend admin- post stats repeat
and the formula's are att. - def. = hp att's speed - def's speed = dodge(def_er -2 speed pts) or hit(att_er - 2 speed pts)

Pretty much except if it is a hit the defender still loses 2 speed points for trying to dodge.

thats stupid...(no offense to who ever made it) and the admin decides whether or not the attack lands or not?... and if your going to take off points it should be like 1 point for every 2 admin posts so that the battles can go on longer.

Not, it's the stats that does it. If the attacker has higher speed than it's a hit, if the defender has higher speed than it's a miss.

and both the attacker and defender lose speed stats...

what if the battle went the same way but speed points were lost in coralation to health points. like the same percent of health lost is = to the percent of speed lost, and same with defense. then when a mask or bankai or what ever is used the bonuses are added and speed, defense, and reiatsu are reset?
